> LMU AI enterprise Claude / GPT / Gemini API plans: 6 SKUs (Enterprise Standard + Flagship) on Anthropic and OpenAI, with contracts, invoices, and support.

URL: https://docs.lmuai.ai/docs/enterprise

For teams that have already built AI calls into a product or internal workflow, we offer enterprise plans separate from the personal plans, covering both the **Anthropic (Claude)** and **OpenAI (GPT)** platforms across two tiers — **Enterprise Standard / Enterprise Flagship** — for a total of **6 SKUs**.

## The problems we solve [#the-problems-we-solve]

If your team has run into any of the following, an enterprise plan is usually a better fit than a personal plan:

* **Volatility affecting production**: occasional call failures that force you to write your own fallback, retry, and monitoring in code
* **Inflexible quota structure**: day / week passes can't sustain a team's concurrent, multi-person, multi-scenario needs
* **Slow support response**: waiting hours for support when something breaks, with the business stalled
* **Missing compliance materials**: finance needs invoices, legal needs a contract
* **No visibility**: not knowing how many tokens each project spent, who's running what, or how to allocate costs

## Enterprise plans on sale [#enterprise-plans-on-sale]

The 6 tiers below are the enterprise SKUs currently on sale; prices and cycles are per the [official pricing page](https://api.lmuai.ai/pricing). **Other specs (response time, private deployment, etc.) are to be confirmed during the business contact.**

| Plan                            | Model              | Cycle   | Concurrency | Price   | List price |
| ------------------------------- | ------------------ | ------- | ----------- | ------- | ---------- |
| **G-PRO Enterprise Standard**   | GPT (OpenAI)       | 30 days | from 40     | ¥2,999  | ¥18,350    |
| **C-PRO Enterprise Standard**   | Claude (Anthropic) | 30 days | from 40     | ¥3,999  | ¥14,790    |
| **C-MAX Enterprise Standard**   | Claude (Anthropic) | 30 days | from 40     | ¥7,799  | ¥14,800    |
| **G-PRO · Enterprise Flagship** | GPT (OpenAI)       | 30 days | from 80     | ¥6,250  | ¥42,375    |
| **C-PRO · Enterprise Flagship** | Claude (Anthropic) | 30 days | from 80     | ¥8,250  | ¥42,375    |
| **C-MAX · Enterprise Flagship** | Claude (Anthropic) | 30 days | from 80     | ¥16,500 | ¥42,375    |

> Naming: **G-PRO** provides GPT-series models; **C-PRO / C-MAX** both provide Claude-series models, corresponding to different upstream account pools on the Anthropic platform. We recommend confirming your use case with the business team before ordering.

## Capabilities shared by all enterprise tiers [#capabilities-shared-by-all-enterprise-tiers]

Whichever tier you choose, every enterprise plan includes:

| Capability                                     | Description                                                                                                                                                            |
| ---------------------------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Multi-source routing + automatic failover**  | See [Reliability architecture](/docs/guide/reliability)                                                                                                                |
| **99.5% availability target + monthly report** | The enterprise tiers commit to a 99.5% availability target and provide a monthly availability report; see the [SLA section](/docs/guide/reliability#service-level-sla) |
| **Usage detail API** | Automatically pull call details, token consumption, and cost via the [/api/v1/usage endpoint](/docs/api/usage-export) |
| **Zero content retention** | Prompts and response content are not persisted; see [Data & Privacy](/docs/guide/privacy) |
| **Contracts and invoices** | Supports signing a procurement contract and issuing VAT invoices |
| **One key across platforms** | The models you can call are decided by the API key's group, independent of protocol; see [API Protocols](/docs/guide/api-protocols) |

> Higher SLA and compensation terms can be arranged with the business team; the contract governs.

## What we don't sell [#what-we-dont-sell]

To save your time, the following are **outside our current scope**:

* API calls involving political, pornographic, gambling, or fraud content
* Any plan that requires circumventing a model provider's terms of use

## How to get started [#how-to-get-started]

### Not sure which tier fits? [#not-sure-which-tier-fits]

Contact the business team directly, and we'll advise based on your call volume, platform preference (Anthropic / OpenAI), and compliance requirements.

### Business contact [#business-contact]

* **WeChat / phone**: 18599001010

Please briefly include in your email / message:

1. Team size and use case (e.g. a 10-person AI writing tool, mostly using Claude Sonnet)
2. Estimated monthly call volume (that's fine if you don't know — we can estimate together)
3. Any special requirements around compliance, contracts, or invoices

## FAQ [#faq]

<Callout type="info" title="Can enterprise and personal plans coexist?">
  Yes. One account can hold multiple plans at once, and calls are routed by the API key's group — see [API Protocols · Protocol and available models are two different things](/docs/guide/api-protocols#protocol-vs-models).
</Callout>

<Callout type="info" title="Can I mix Claude and GPT?">
  Which models one API key can call is decided by its group: if you ordered an Anthropic-platform SKU, you can call Claude-series models; if you ordered an OpenAI-platform SKU, you can call GPT-series models. When you need both platforms, order the corresponding SKUs separately.
</Callout>

<Callout type="info" title="How do I negotiate a higher SLA or compensation terms?">
  Above the enterprise tiers' default 99.5% availability target, if you need a higher SLA or explicit compensation terms, arrange them through the business contact; the contract governs.
